This team plays a crucial role in delivering innovation to some of the world’s most renowned brands and agencies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Senior Designer who excels in storytelling through design. You should have a proven record of excellence in creating styleframes and boards, an insatiable curiosity for creative problem-solving, and a genuine passion for the motion industry.

You approach challenges with optimism and possess an exceptional eye for design and composition. You have strong conceptualization skills and are adept at designing the visual foundations that tell compelling stories. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand how to create work that resonates with both high-level clients and global audiences.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will be responsible for visual development of our projects, from initial concepting to storyboard delivery. You will be a lead voice in defining the aesthetic of our output.

Styleframe Design: Create high-fidelity styleframes that define the art direction, lighting, and texture of a project.

Storyboarding: Develop comprehensive boards that translate scripts into clear, cinematic sequences for the animation team.

Concept Development: Brainstorm and execute creative strategies that solve complex visual problems.

Collaboration: Partner closely with the Creative Director and the Animation Team throughout the production lifecycle to ensure the design integrity is maintained from still frame to final render.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

Portfolio: A creative design portfolio is required. We are looking for specialized expertise in Styleframes and Storyboarding.

Artistry: An incredible eye for composition, typography, and color theory. You should be comfortable working across a variety of visual styles.

Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.

Communication: The ability to articulate your design rationale to the Creative Director and stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Agility: A positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects with varying complexities and deadlines.

2D Animation and Motion Designer

We are on the lookout for talented freelance motion designer with a deep understanding of typography best practices.

We’re a small, ambitious design and animation studio based in New York, NY working on a range of projects including branding, motion graphics, broadcast design. We are seeking a highly passionate and creative freelance motion designer to join our team. The freelance motion designer will work under the supervision of the Creative Director to develop 2d and/or 3d motion for a range of media formats including television, web, mobile, etc. Expert knowledge of After Effects a must. 3D experience a plus. We hope to connect with animators from varying backgrounds and disciplines in order to create long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create, revise and deliver 2d animations in various media formats including television, web, mobile, etc.
  • Edit footage
  • Research and analyze best solutions and design techniques to create unique 2d motion and design.
  • Assist in designing and creating storyboards, and style frames.
  • Organize and maintain digital project files and graphic elements.
  • Follow best practices for versioning and naming conventions.
  • Work within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to seamlessly jump between projects when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong understanding of motion and composition.
  • Must have strong understanding of 2D animation in After Effects.
  • Expert knowledge of 2D applications  (After Effects)
  • C4D knowledge a plus, but not necessary.
  • 3DS Max knowledge a plus, but not necessary.
  • Houdini knowledge a plus, but not necessary.
  • Have a passion for visual storytelling and continual growth.

Senior Motion Designer

We are on the lookout for talented freelance motion designer.

We’re a small, ambitious design and animation studio based in New York, NY working on a range of projects including branding, motion graphics, broadcast design. We are seeking a highly passionate and creative freelance motion designer to join our team. The freelance motion designer will work under the supervision of the Creative Director to develop 2d and 3d motion for a range of media formats including television, web, mobile, etc. Expert knowledge of After Effects and Cinema 4D a must. Houdini experience a plus. We hope to connect with animators from varying backgrounds and disciplines in order to create long-lasting relationships. We’re currently operating remote, with plans to be back in our NYC studio soon. We’re open to submissions from artists based anywhere in the U.S. and Europe.

3D Arch Viz Artist

Overview

  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in all aspects of digital rendering using industry standard programs to translate a client’s vision into sophisticated marketing imagery
  • Collaborates and communicates well across teams, and your insatiable drive to expand your creativity shows in the excellent work you produce
  • The ideal candidate will be working with a manager and team, but must be able to self supervise
  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, Chaos Corona, Chaos V-Ray, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Creative Director to create beautiful, photo-realistic architectural visualizations of unbuilt architecture for clients outside of our organization
  • Keep working files organized in server folders
  • Attend daily meetings (can be remote)

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience or working knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, Chaos Corona, Chaos V-Ray, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of rendering process and pipeline
  • Artistic and observant eye for detail
  • Ability to work five days a week, remotely
